Vincent pays Mia. One transfer, 41 expenses.

Before, during, after.

Running a cost splitter, a trip planner and a journal separately is work. Reisebuch turns three apps into one.

1Before

Until everyone knows when you leave

Agree on dates, set the route, file the bookings. Without a single voice message asking «so when can you go?».

Trip check: 18 of 28 packed, flights confirmed
  • Checklist
  • Packing list
  • Trip check
  • Accommodation

2During

Capture it without stopping the trip

Photograph the receipt, the amount is filled in. No signal on the train? It syncs once you are back in range.

Receipt scanned: ¥ 3'600, food, split three ways
  • Itinerary with map
  • Expenses with splits
  • Receipt and booking scanner
  • Journal with weather
  • Documents offline
  • Currency
3After

One transfer, and it is done

Every expense in every currency becomes a single number. The settlement email goes out to everyone automatically.

This is the app. Not a video of it.

Move a stop, tick the packing list, add an expense. Example trip to Japan with Jules, Mia and Vincent. Nothing is saved.

The map people actually show off

It builds itself. Every trip you record fills in its countries. Solid gold means «been there», pale means «on the list». After a few years it is the only statistic anyone really looks at.

Ask him and he plans along

Finn knows your trip: the route, the budget, who is coming, what is already planned. He does not just answer, he drops his suggestions straight into the itinerary, where you can keep them or bin them.

The same goes for the voice journal: say two sentences in the evening instead of typing, and Finn turns them into the entry for that day.

Dialogue for illustration. Finn is part of the AI pack.

Rain all day in Kyoto tomorrow. What do we do?
Finn. A rainy day in Kyoto is not a lost day. I have three things, all indoors and all reachable by bus. The sake breweries in Fushimi are worth the detour, and the train stops right outside. Shall I put it on day 5?

Swiss precision, no subscription trap.

Hosted in Switzerland

Your data and receipts sit with Infomaniak and with Supabase in the EU region. No third-party map tiles. No advertising trackers. No Google or Meta pixels. Anonymous traffic measurement via self-hosted, cookie-less Matomo.

Offline in the middle of nowhere

Passport, tickets and itinerary live on the device. What you capture in a dead spot is sent once you are back in range.

One person pays, everyone travels

The subscription belongs to whoever creates the trip. Everyone you invite uses Reisebuch for that trip free of charge.

No automatic renewal

One year, one price, no notice period. When the plan ends, your data stays readable.

No lock-in. The price stays the same every year, or you simply cancel.

One person pays, everyone travels. The subscription belongs to whoever creates the trip. Everyone you invite uses Reisebuch for that trip free of charge, with their own account, their own expenses and their own journal. So a group of six pays CHF 9.90 a year once, not six times.

The web app works on every device today. The Android app is coming to Google Play.

Boarding pass

The next trip starts with one line.

Create an account, name the trip, invite people. It takes a minute, and everyone you invite pays nothing.
